Terms and Conditions

Welcome to MISS REBEKKA SALON

By booking an appointment with Miss Rebekka Salon, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Bookings & Booking Fee

• If you have cancelled a previous appointment less than 48hours notice your next appointments requires a non-refundable booking fee.

• The booking fee will be deducted from your final service cost.

• The booking fee may be transferred to another appointment if requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. This transfer can only be made once. If you miss or need to move the rescheduled appointment, a new booking (and new fee) will be required.

• Requests to move a booking with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a new booking fee.

• Appointments are available by booking only; no walk-ins.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If you have cancelled a previous appointment with less than 48hours notice your next appointments requires a non-refundable booking fee.

• If you need to move your appointment with less than 48 hours notice you will need to make a new booking with a new booking fee.

• No-shows (cancellations without notice) will result in the loss of your booking fee (if applied) and a cancellation fee of 30% of the missed appointment, which will be added to your next booking.

Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time for your appointment.

• If you arrive 10 minutes late, a £5 late fee will be applied.

• If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your appointment will be cancelled, and your booking fee forfeited.

Age Restrictions

• Gel, builder gel, and acrylic services are strictly for clients aged 16 and over.

Payments & Discounts

• Final payments are due at the time of your appointment.

• I accept card and cash.

• Only one discount can be applied per appointment.

Health & Safety

• If you have any nail or skin conditions (fungal infections, open cuts, etc.), please inform me prior to your appointment.

• I reserve the right to refuse service if it may compromise your health or mine.

• Children are allowed in the salon only if they remain in the room with you at all times. You are fully liable for any damages caused.

• All allergies must be stated upon booking, not on arrival, to ensure we can accommodate.

Infill Policy & Nail Health

• Infill services are subject to assessment at the time of your appointment.

• I would recommend a full new set if this is your first time coming to myself, especially if you cannot say what product was used by your last nail tech.

• If an infill is deemed unsuitable, alternative options will be discussed, which may include a full set or a different service to maintain nail health.

• This policy ensures your nails remain strong, healthy, and long-lasting while reducing the risk of breakage or damage.

Guarantee, Aftercare & Fixes

• There is no set guarantee period for nail services.

• The expected longevity of your nails depends on the service provided, your natural nail condition, and your commitment to correct aftercare.

• Any breakages, chips, or lifting caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect of aftercare advice will not be covered.

• Fixes must be booked by messaging me directly.

• Free fixes are only available within 3 days of your appointment, and only if the issue was not caused by misuse or inadequate aftercare. The condition of the nails will determine whether the fix is complimentary or chargeable.

• Aftercare guidance will always be provided – following it will give your nails the best chance of lasting beautifully.

Personal Belongings

• Miss Rebekka Salon is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to your appointment.

Privacy

• Your personal details will only be used for booking and contact purposes and will not be shared with third parties.

Special Discount Terms

• Opening offer applies only to builder gel and acrylic services.

• Gel polish services are not included in this offer.

• Standard Terms & Conditions apply to all discounted services.

Charity Weekend Terms

• Gel sets will be available at a special price of £10, with all profits donated to charity.

• No other service is available at a discounted price.

• Only plain gel on natural nail is included- no nail art or extensions available.

• Must come with nothing on nail.

• Standard Terms & Conditions apply regarding age restrictions and health & safety.

• Bookings must be made by messaging directly.

• No booking fee will be charged for charity weekend appointments.

• Cancellations or rearrangements are not entitled to the £10 charity set (standard pricing will apply if rescheduled outside of the charity event).
